Growing up, I was often labeled that way — and for a long time, I believed it. I learned to shrink parts of myself just to keep the peace.
But recently, something shifted. A moment with my principal — a comment I would’ve once taken as criticism — made me pause… and smile. Because maybe the traits people tried to silence were actually God-given tools for leadership.
